SERVPRO of Fountain Valley not only saved our guestroom but they gave us peace of mind.

I do believe they are the best in the business from how their management, technicians, and office staff handled our emergency.

We had renters that trashed our guestroom and didn't give proper notice when leaving. When they failed to move out completely and or clean the room; we took the task on ourselves only to find many different types of mold, not like I had seen in my life!

I called SERVPRO immediately, they gave us instructions and set up an appointment for the next day.
During the assessment, the manager Paul quickly and clearly surveyed the damage, gave us an estimation, and talked about different options to save on the cost.

The owner himself, Glenn called back the same day with the final quote and again options on how to lower the cost and scheduled a time that week.

In between the service they sealed off the room, placed professional HePA vac air scrubbers in our home to make sure mold spores were not let in the house from moving out the rest of the contaminated items.

This very stressful and costly ordeal would have been so much worse had it not been for the quick response, excellent service, great communication and prompt follow up. I hope I do not have to call them for a while but I know they will be the first I do if I have any other water, fire or mold damage.
